Overview of the tour in Accra

About 2 hours tour at the Kwame Nkrumah mausoleum where speeches and quotes by this great legend have been displayed. A huge statue of him which was vandalised by mobs at the time of his overthrow, is also on display.

Some personal items used both at his home and office as president and before are also available at the mausoleum. Photographs of his trips around the world to meet influential personalities at the time have also been displayed. Some items he used from his university days in the USA are also on display.

Adjacent to the mausoleum is the arts and crafts market, where artifacts from different regions of Ghana are available for sale. This is near the Atlantic ocean. We will also take a tour at the WEB Dubois centre

On arrival

On arrival at the Kotoka International Airport, the site is about 10-minute drive from the airport.

There are other interesting sites around the country which can be visited upon agreement.
