Overview of the tour in Alicante
When the sun says goodbye and night falls over Alicante, the streets take on a unique atmosphere, illuminated by the glow of the monuments and the magic of the stories that dwell in their shadows. Join us at the emblematic Town Hall Square, where we will start a fascinating journey to the most enigmatic corners of the city.
After admiring the Clock Tower, we will stroll through places like Santa Faz square or the Plaza del Puente, coming across such emblematic monuments as the Basilica of Santa Maria. We will tell you the legends that, for hundreds of years, have circulated about this ancient temple of Alicante.
We will continue the free tour to the Santa Cruz neighborhood, where we will contemplate the hermitage of San Roque. Did you know that this saint is associated with the plague and epidemics that took over Alicante in the past? In addition, this area, located on the slopes of the castle of Santa Barbara, was the first Muslim core of the city centuries ago.
After two hours of sightseeing, we will finish the free tour in the 25 de Mayo square, you will never see Alicante with the same eyes again!
