Overview

Begin your full-day tour with a drive from Amman to Madaba. Madaba is one of the oldest towns in the Middle East and home to several churches. Many are now in ruin, but you can still see extraordinary mosaics from the 7th and 8th centuries.

Stop at the Mosaic handcraft factory plus the shopping tour inside the Mosaics Gallery

Visit St. George, and later Mount Nebo Church. Take in views of the Holy Land and the Jordan River Valley from the summit. Jericho is usually visible, and on a clear day, you may see Jerusalem.

Continue to the Jordan River Baptism Site, or instead visit the panorama dead sea complex and then the Dead Sea for an amazing panoramic view. Stop at the Dead Sea Beach for 2 hours to relax and enjoy lunch, before heading back to Amman.
