Explore the shocking history of the city of Amsterdam during World War II on our Free Tour. Dark times and a story of hope and memory. On this tour we visit 8 important WWII landmarks, some examples are the Tuschinski Theater, the Jewish Resistance Memorial, the Deaf Jews Memorial, the Auschwitz Memorial and the Holocaust Memorial.
A two-hour guided tour of Amsterdam focusing on World War II, with stops at key monuments and access to a free PDF of historic sites and an interactive map of recommended locations in the city.
Important notice: In order to provide a quality experience, in the event that there are fewer than 5 participants at the start of the tour, we may have to cancel the tour. Also, out of respect for the group dynamics, we do not accept reservations for groups of more than 6 people.
