2) Our itineraries have been designed to avoid possible crowds and escape from confined spaces. In addition, they are one-way tours to avoid crossing with other groups. Our guides coordinate live to share information on less crowded itineraries.
3) All of our guides have been trained in health risk prevention and the fight against coronavirus. The person in charge of the guides and the person in charge of customer service make up the Arkeo Tour® risk management committee and carry out a daily monitoring of the safety measures.
4) In all our guided tours we use voice transmission and amplification equipment. This way we guarantee the highest quality in the guide's explanations and we can maintain a safe distance between group members.
5) Our team uses approved masks in all our activities and is carried out in daily control of the temperature of each of the guides. Likewise, we will have hydroalcoholic gel for the use of all our users.
6) We have completely digitized the reservation service, thus avoiding the transfer of documents. The reservation confirmation can be downloaded from any mobile phone to show the guide at the beginning of the visit. The sending of brochures and information is now also done completely telematically.
