Overview
At 6:00 am, get ready for pick-up from your hotel or stay in Arusha or Karatu. Your guide will bring your picnic lunches. Drive on the tarmac road to Ngorongoro Conservation entry gate.
Your entry permit will be checked at Loduare gate. Then, head to the Crater Rim for breathtaking views. Descend into the crater for a day of game drives.
Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa's most spectacular sights, home to the Big Five and more. Enjoy lunch by Ngoitokok swamp and watch hippos.
Afternoon game viewing awaits before ascending the Crater at 3:00 pm back to Arusha or 3:30 pm to Karatu.
