Tarangire National Park Day Tour
Overview of the tour in Arusha
• Early Morning Departure:
Depart from Arusha or a nearby location in the early morning. Tarangire is about a 2-hour drive from Arusha.
• Arrival and Morning Game Drive:
Begin your safari adventure with a morning game drive. The early hours are often the best time for wildlife sightings as animals are more active before the heat of the day.
• Tarangire River:
Explore the areas along the Tarangire River, which is a water source that attracts a variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, giraffes, and numerous bird species.
• Wildlife Observation:
Continue the game drive to explore different parts of the park. Keep an eye out for the diverse wildlife that inhabits Tarangire.
•Lunch at a Picnic Site:
Stop at a designated picnic site for lunch. Enjoy your meal surrounded by nature, and be cautious not to attract wildlife with food.
• Afternoon Game Drive:
Explore additional regions of the park and observe the behavior of wildlife during the different times of the day.
• Departure:
Depart from Tarangire Park in the late afternoon. The drive back to Arusha or your accommodation typically takes about 2 to 2.5 hours.

On arrival
Airport or Hotel Pickup: Customers should wait at the designated meeting point inside the airport terminal or hotel reception. Our driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the customer's name.
