In the evening, the Academy of Athens awaits us. We will start this walking tour in front of the most beautiful neoclassical building in the world and then head to the Old Parliament.
Along the way, we will also talk about Ermou Street, the main commercial artery of the Greek capital, and we will reach the church of Agia Dynamis.
We will head to Mitropoleos Square, where we will find the Annunciation Cathedral of St. Mary and the Church of Agios Eleftherios, also known as the Mini Cathedral.
We will visit the charming neighborhood of Anafiotika, in the Plaka district, characterized by its narrow streets on the slopes of the Acropolis.
The curiosities of the Church of Agios Nikolaos Rangavas await us before we head to the Gate of Athena and the Flea Market.
We will culminate our tour overlooking the Acropolis in the historic and lively neighborhood of Thissio, where our guides will be happy to answer your questions or give you some tips and recommendations on where to shop and what to dine.
