Overview of the tour in Athens

We will meet next to the Old National Library, which, together with the Kapodistrian University and the Academy of Athens, makes up the well-known “Neoclassical Triad.”
Our walk continues towards Parliament, where we will be surprised by the changing of the guard of the Evzones, the peculiar Hellenic Presidential Guard. Afterward, we will learn about the city's close and historical connection with the Olympic Games through the Záppeion.
We will discover Plaka, the oldest area of the Greek capital, and we will advance towards the Roman Agora, a place full of history and archaeological remains of great value, among which the Tower of the Winds stands out for its great state of conservation.
To conclude our visit, we will descend to Monastiraki Square, the best example of synthesizing the different periods of Athens' history in one place.
