“Un desastre”
They did not confirm anything nor did they send us any information. When we arrived at the meeting point that was on the application there was nothing and no one and at 9 o'clock the guide Yaiza calls us and tells us where we are, that she does not see us and it turns out that she tells us that the meeting point is wrong since she will tell her colleagues that the point where we have to go is a half hour walk. I do not recommend it at all.

“Yaiza Guide”
The guide, named Yaiza, sent me a WhatsApp telling me that the tour was cancelled due to lack of people. However, Fretour sent me an email telling me that the guide had informed them that I had not shown up for the tour. I would like to know why the guide named Yaiza had this behavior. Best regards
