Tour of Charlottenburg Palace + Excursion to Potsdam
Overview of the tour in Berlin
This excursion takes us to the most remarkable palaces of the region, where we can enjoy the splendid atmosphere of German royalty.
Our first stop is Charlottenburg Palace, built in the 17th century as the summer residence of Queen Sophie Charlotte of Prussia. We will admire richly decorated rooms in baroque style, full of luxurious furnishings and sumptuous interiors - the porcelain room will leave you in awe!
Next we will travel to Potsdam. Our first stop will be the gigantic New Palace, the last great architectural work promoted by the Prussian King Frederick the Great. Then we will go to the most splendid place in Potsdam: the summer palace of King Frederick the Great: Sanssouci. Taking advantage of the beautiful scenery, we will stroll through the beautiful gardens and parks until we reach the Brandenburg Gate, located in the historic center of Potsdam.
At this point we will have a 1 hour lunch break. Then we will go to the last point of the route, the Cecilienhof Palace. This is where three world powers met after World War II to define the destiny of Germany.

Things to note
The price includes entrance to Charlottenburg Palace. The palaces of Potsdam will be seen from the outside.
