Overview
The Paloquemao Market Square is a place where agricultural and meat products from all regions of Colombia arrive for distribution to the inhabitants and businesses such as hotels, restaurants, etc., and others such as educational centers. Here, we will experience tasting some exotic fruits and learn about floriculture.
The Botanical Garden of Bogota (JBB) is a space that aims to make known the flora of the different thermal floors of Colombia in general and, in particular, that of the Andean zone.
The visit includes experiences such as:
Tropicarium.
Peaks and Wings of the Botanical Garden.
From orchard to orchard.
Nature, Health and Culture Program.
This visit lasts approximately 3 hours.
Finally, we moved to a shuffleboard court. Tejo is the national sport of Colombia and consists of throwing a metallic disc that, depending on the modality, can weigh between 200 and 700 grams and has a diameter of 12 cm. Tejo is a traditional Colombian sport played on a clay court. The objective is to throw the metal disc into a clay box with explosives called "bocín." The player who manages to get the puck closest to the bocín gets a point.

Things to note
The tour of the Botanical Garden involves at least two and a half hours of walking.
The tour of the Paloquemao market square involves walking for about an hour.
The Tejo experience requires that you have no mobility problems.
