Overview of the tour in Bogota
The tour begins with a visit to the imposing Salto del Tequendama, a 157-meter high waterfall on the Bogotá River, a place full of history and legends. From this natural viewpoint, you will be able to admire the impressive waterfall and capture spectacular photographs in a mystical environment.
A few steps away, we will visit the Tequendama Museum, open on weekends, where you will immerse yourself in the history and culture of the region, learning about the geological importance and stories surrounding the waterfall.
Afterwards, you will enjoy a typical snack of the region: hot aguapanela accompanied by fresh cheese and arepa, an authentic taste of Colombian cuisine that you can enjoy in a natural environment.
The tour continues at the Santa Cruz Zoo, home to more than 150 species of native and exotic animals. You will be able to see tigers, bears, primates, exotic birds and much more in spaces designed to recreate their natural habitats.
Finally, after some time for lunch, we will return to Bogota, concluding a day full of nature, culture and adventure.

We will be waiting in the lobby of your hotel at the agreed time. Our guide will be identified with a Colombia Excursion sign so you can easily recognize us. Just make sure you are ready at the appointed time to start your adventure smoothly.
Airport pick up:
If you arrive on the same day of the activity, our team will meet you at the arrivals area of the airport. We will make sure to be there on time, with a sign with your name or the Excursion Colombia logo. From there, we will take you directly to the starting point of the tour.
With these options, we guarantee that your experience will start smoothly and without worries, so relax and enjoy from the very first moment!
Things to note
Pick-up times: We will arrange a pick-up time according to the itinerary of your activity. We recommend to be ready about 10 minutes before to ensure a punctual start.
Luggage: If you require airport pick-up, we can help you with your luggage. However, we ask you to inform us in advance if you will be bringing additional luggage.
Guide Identification: Our team will always be identified with Colombia Excursion uniforms and signs for easy recognition.
Cancellations or Modifications: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can adjust plans accordingly.
