In Slovakia, honey wine is usually associated with the winter time and Christmas markets where they sell hot, delicious honey wine. But in our honest opinion, you can drink it whenever you feel like it and not only hot. There are some many different varieties of honey wine, even some that taste a bit like whiskey. In case you’re interested in learning more, you’re hereby invited for a honey wine tasting with a visit to a factory where you will learn all about the process that the honey has to go through to create the wine. As the sun sets above the stunning Smolenice castle, you will be accompanied by 6 types of different wine and good people.
