Brussels Christmas Free Tour
Overview of the tour in Brussels
We start at the impressive Grand Place, where a huge Christmas tree and light show illuminate the elegant facades of the historic buildings. From there, we head to the famous Manneken Pis, which also celebrates Christmas in festive costume.
The tour continues to the Église Notre-Dame du Bon Secours, and, a short distance away, the medieval-style Église Saint-Nicolas hosts a warm Christmas atmosphere, perfect for stopping to contemplate its nativity scene.
We continue on to the Bourse, where the Christmas markets fill the surroundings with the aromas of mulled wine and local delicacies. Next, we pass by the Halles de Saint-Géry, a former market turned cultural center.
The Église Sainte-Catherine is our next stop, along with its busy Christmas market and an ice skating rink. The route takes us to Place de Brouckère, with its Christmas lights and decorations illuminating the square.
The tour ends at the elegant Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert, where the covered aisles are filled with sparkling lights, providing the perfect ending to this Christmas tour, full of magic and tradition in the most iconic corners of Brussels.
