Overview
We will walk through the "Casco Histórico" of the City of Buenos Aires in the center of the city.
We will observe the historical, sculptural and architectural icons that distinguish it, such as the San Francisco Church, the City Museum (Altos de Elorriaga), the Manzana de las Luces: San Ignacio Church, Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires, Santo Domingo Complex, Paseo de la Historieta, Zanjón de Granados, Casa Mínima, San Telmo Market, Plaza Dorrego and San Pedro Telmo Church. We will approach the Puerto Madero neighborhood and visit the iconic Puente de la Mujer (Women's Bridge), where we will end the tour. We will also remember the historical characters that walked these streets, their lives, and their work.
This historical approach to colonial Buenos Aires and its comparison with the current neighborhood can give us a broader view of the heritage that accompanies i,t along with its indisputable visual attractions.
