Overview of the tour in Buenos Aires

We will meet at the corner of Avenida Belgrano and Defensa Street, at the Iglesia de Santo Domingo the place where the English invasions took place. From there, we will start an incredible walk through time in this wonderful and hypnotic neighborhood. We will visit different icons of the Argentinean culture, such as “Mafalda,” we'll see the smallest house in Buenos Aires, then we’ll head to two iconic tango bars, and we’ll talk about the different options to see tango in Buenos Aires.

We will pass by a museum of tunnels and go to the famous San Telmo Market. Then, we will see the beautiful San Pedro Telmo church, the oldest church in the neighborhood. In Dorrego Square, we will be enchanted by handicrafts and street artists, listen to some tango, or maybe see dancers performing it.

We will stroll through the beautiful “Solar de French,” the place to take the most Instagramable photos of Buenos Aires, along with the gallery of the Old Hotel and the Casa de los Ezeiza. I will tell you how the immigrants from Europe formed this melting pot of races that Argentina used to live.

There will be plenty of antique stores. Feel free to ask me questions and for recommendations as well.

This activity includes:

  • San Telmo Market
  • plaza dorrego
