Av. Oeste 13 near Hospital Vargas. If you go by cab this is the address. If you go by subway, get off at Capitolio station and take a bus to Vargas Hospital and get off at the Mausoleo-Panteón Nacional

wear comfortable shoes, take hydration and avoid wearing very short shorts or very pronounced uncovered skirts (the latter because of the entrance to the churches)
