Things to note

Physicality:
This adventure involves hiking for up to 3,5 hours in 3,5 miles approx. on uneven terrain with a rocky part (not for climbing). The path requires steep leg work (15 min approx.), demands very good balance, being focused on the trail, and some experience in hiking.

Humidity could be an important issue to be aware of. The itinerary takes place in remote areas with basic facilities. Be prepared for potential variable weather conditions. (Rain: May - November). To do this hike it’s required reasonable fitness and health, a moderately active lifestyle, and a positive attitude.

What to Bring:
• Sunscreen (No sweet smell) and a cap (Recommended).
• Insect repellent.
• A day pack for you to carry your items.
• Long pants and closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Keep in mind that we’ll be walking in the forest, thus clothing items constitute elements of protection (i.e., in case of thorns, spikes, and bugs).
