Discover the UNESCO Natural Heritage of Wulong Karst in Just One Day!

Join us for an unforgettable adventure exploring the breathtaking Wulong Karst, a UNESCO World Heritage site! Here's your itinerary:

07:30 AM: Pickup at your hotel in our comfortable 7-seat van. We’ll embark on a scenic three-hour drive to Wulong County, reaching the Tourism Center of Wulong Karst, nestled in the mountains.

11:00 AM: Arrive at Fairy Mountain, often referred to as "Southern China's Switzerland." Experience its stunning landscapes as you take a short ride on a train-like vehicle, enjoying the perfect blend of natural grasslands and vibrant wildlife.

Lunch: Enjoy a leisurely lunch on your own before we continue to our next destination.

01:30 PM - 03:30 PM: Explore Wulong Karst Geological Park, home to the iconic Three Natural Bridges. Hike through this geologically fascinating canyon and marvel at the breathtaking natural wonders that have shaped this unique landscape, famously featured in the blockbuster film Transformers.

04:00 PM: Begin our journey back to Chongqing with a three-hour drive.

06:30 PM: Arrive back at your hotel, filled with memories of a day well spent in nature!

On arrival

You may take Line 2 (临江门 Linjiangmen Station) or Line 1 (较场口Jiaochangkou Station).
10 min walk to Marriot Executive Apartment 万豪行政公寓
I will be waiting for you holding a guide pole on the 1st floor.

Or you may contact me about the pickup site. We could negotiate the meeting point at the convenience of both of us.

Things to note

Prepare sun protection and wear comfortable shoes/clothes.
It is snowy around mid-Dec. Be careful with the large temperature difference between the urban city and suburban elevated area.
Wulong is a suburb of Chongqing, and you should expect fewer meal options. And it is outdoor walking, with many staircases! Wear comfy shoes.
