Overview of the tour in Colombo

Your private tour guide will pick you up at 9:00 AM by Tuk-tuk from your Colombo hotel, taking you to the starting point of your culinary adventure. After a briefing, you’ll visit a local vegetable market at 9:45 AM to handpick fruits, vegetables, and spices. Your guide will offer traditional tips on selecting ingredients and market customs, giving you a unique insight into local shopping.

Following your market visit, you’ll head to a countryside house for an authentic Sri Lankan cooking demonstration. Under the guidance of a skilled chef, you’ll learn tips and techniques to create a delicious meal experience in a variety of local cuisines.

At noon, enjoy the fruits of your labor with a traditional lunch, savoring the flavors of Sri Lanka while learning about local food customs, traditions, and etiquette. Afterward, you'll be dropped off at your hotel or a preferred location in Colombo at 1:00 PM.
