7 Colors Mountain Tour Short Route

This great experience starts very early, between 4:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. We head south for an average of two hours until we reach the community called Tintinco (3,310 masl / 10,859 ft.), to have a delicious breakfast in the area.

Then we will continue our tour for another hour until we reach the starting point of the walk (Llacto). This walk lasts 1h40min. approx. at a moderate pace.

Upon reaching the top of the Mountain of Seven Colors (5,080 masl / 16,666ft) our guide will give us an explanation about the orography, and we will also have free time to take a photo.

After the excursion, we will have to return along the same path to the point where our mobility left us to return to the town of Tintinco, where a delicious comforting buffet lunch awaits us.

Finally, we return to the city of Cusco, arriving at approximately 4:30 p.m.

On arrival

Once you are on Cusco, you can pass through the main square on the north you will find the street Triunfo and the so popular "Twelve angles stone" (Piedra de 12 angulos) go straight on until you reach Choquecha street at the beginning of the traditional San Blas neighborhood. You will find us at the begging of choquechaka street, in front of the Waka Punko Hotel.

It is recommended to bring the original passport
Camera and extra batteries.
trekking shoes
Warm clothes
Sunscreen/hat and sunglasses.
Rain gear: a good raincoat and rain pants and a plastic rain poncho.
Extra money for drinks and tips, souvenirs, etc. (preference soles).
Bottle of water (1 liter per trip recommended)
