Sacred Valley of the Incas: Four Unique Destinations
Overview
The next destination is Moray, famous for its concentric circles, which were used by the Incas to experiment with agricultural techniques and adapt to different microclimates. Then, we will visit the Maras salt pans, a system of traditional salt ponds that are still exploited using ancestral techniques, and learn about their historical and cultural importance.
At noon, you will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch in Urubamba, where you will taste typical dishes of the region.
