We’ll then visit the ancient Dhakeshwari Temple, the oldest Hindu temple in the city, learning about its significance to the local community.

We’ll wander through the lively streets of Old Dhaka, including Shankhari Bazaar, renowned for its traditional crafts and vibrant atmosphere. At Sadarghat Riverfront, you can witness the daily life of locals as they navigate the bustling Buriganga River. Our journey takes us to the National Museum, providing insights into Bangladesh’s rich cultural heritage.

On arrival

Upon arrival at Lalbagh Fort, head to the main entrance, where our guide will be waiting for you with a sign that reads 'Discover Dhaka: A Cultural Journey.' The fort is easily accessible by rickshaw, taxi, or ride-sharing services. Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time to ensure a prompt departure.

Things to note

* Comfortable walking shoes are recommended as the tour involves a significant amount of walking.
* Bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen for protection against the sun.
* Carry some local currency (Bangladeshi Taka) for personal purchases or additional refreshments.
* The tour may proceed in light rain, so please bring an umbrella if needed.
* If you have any dietary restrictions or medical conditions, please inform us in advance.
