Welcome to Durrës! Durres is the most ancient city in Albania. The city has been continuously populated for at least 3000 years. Officially founded in 7th Century BC, it was known as Epidamnos and Dyrrachium in Antiquity, the Middle Ages, and the Early Modern Era.

Via Egnatia was a Roman road that started in Durres, led East, and ended in Constantinople! During Classical Antiquity, Durres was one of the largest cities on the Adriatic coast. On this tour, I'll take you to a journey from Antiquity to the Modern Era.
