Overview of the tour in Freiburg

This two-hour tour gives numerous interesting insights into milestones of environmental policy, urban planning, and climate protection, in combination with a walk through the city center of Freiburg.

-Meeting at the “Radstation”: welcome and introduction to Freiburg's history and green policy
-Visit the main station; the center of alternative mobility, for an insight into Freiburg's integrated mobility strategy and commitment of the local public transport company VAG
-Walking tour to "Place of Old Synagogue": Enlargement of the pedestrian area, new design of the square, social, economic and cultural functions, sustainable transportation
- Münsterplatz: Discovering by foot the historic city center: urban development strategies of the past and present, visit of cathedral and farmer's market
- Schlossberg: Sustainable forest management
- Martinstor: End of tour
