We will meet at the indicated time on the steps of Galway City Museum/Tourist office, next to the Spanish Arch to start this free tour of Galway. Are you ready to tour the most important points of the cultural capital of Ireland? Let's go there!

We will begin to walk through the lively streets of Galway while we talk about its history. Years ago it was a small fishing village, and today it is a modern, young and university city. In addition, it has a privileged location, since it is the gateway to the Connemara National Park, one of the most beautiful natural areas in Ireland.

We will continue the tour of the Galway, getting lost in its alleys and talking about a lot of curiosities. For example, did you know that, according to tradition, this city was formed after the settlement of 14 merchant families in the 15th century? These tribes would leave as a legacy the Castle of Lynch and the Collegiate Church of San Nicolás.

The free tour of Galway will take us in front of this last church, where we will tell you about the legend that says that Christopher Columbus himself visited this temple before beginning the journey in which he discovered America. You will not stop learning!
