Overview of the tour in Glasgow

Meet at Glasgow's George Square Cycle station and collect bikes from the NEXT BIKE station. Customers will have pre-registered with NEXT BIKE on their Smart Phone and brought their Smart phone with them.

Cycle down to Glasgow's largest park, Glasgow Green. Passing the ancient medieval city centre, Merchant City, Wall Murals and Saltmarket. There we see, The People's Palace, The Doulton Fountain, The Venetian Doge's Palace and Nelson's Monument. Before setting off down river we will have a chance to discuss the history of the river and how "Glasgow made the Clyde and the Clyde Made Glasgow".
Heading down river on the purpose built cycle towards the River Kelvin at the Riverside Museum.
Passing the Courts, The Nautical College, The Suspension bridge, The Brigait and St Andrews Cathedral.

Stopping at the Finniestion Crane and SECC we discuss Glasgow's Industrial Victorian Heritage before heading toward the Clyde Whiskey Distillery.

Ending at the Riverside Museum and the Glenlee Tall Ship, looking across the Clyde to the ancient Burgh of Govan and Govan Parish Church home of the world's largest collection of Viking Grave stones.
