Overview of the tour in Gran Canaria
We will meet in front of the church of Arucas, the jewel of the city, from where we will start the tour, talking about its construction and importance as a symbol, not only religious but also social and cultural. Then we will walk through the streets of the old town, contemplating the typical Canarian architecture and learn some curiosities and legends of the area.
We will arrive at the beautiful park of the flowers, which we will cross admiring the vegetation and we will learn about the battles that took place in this city during the time of the conquest.
Finally, we will finish the visit with a sweet taste in our mouth, admiring the Arehucas rum distillery, where you can take, if you wish, a guided tour of the facilities where the rum that is considered the best rum in Spain is elaborated.

We are located in the Plaza de San Juan, in front of the doors of the church of Arucas. If you come by car, there is public parking right next door, just a 5-minute walk from the meeting point. If you come by public transport, the bus station in Arucas is about 10-15 minutes from the meeting point.
