Knowing the Origin and History of Flamenco
Overview of the tour in Granada
We will start our tour at the statue of Mario Maya (Paseo de los Tristes) where we will explain the origin of the gypsy race and some of its peculiarities.
We will continue entering the palace of the Cordovas (forgotten monument in Granada) and we will go to the Carmen de la Victoria, where we will comment the peculiarity of these types of houses in Granada.
We will meet "Chorrojumo" king of the gypsies of Granada, and then we will go into the most flamenco neighborhood of Granada "El Sacromonte".
We will enter a flamenco school located inside a cave, to finish at the viewpoint of San Nicolas, where the Alhambra will be waiting for us with a smile.
