On arrival

We make sure that your experience is comfortable from the beginning. To facilitate your arrival to our activity, we offer a pick-up service directly at the hotel where you are staying or, if you prefer, at the airport.

We will be waiting in the lobby of your hotel at the agreed time. Our guide will be identified with a Colombia Excursion sign so you can easily recognize us. Just make sure you are ready at the appointed time to start your adventure smoothly.

Airport pick up:
If you arrive on the same day of the activity, our team will meet you at the arrivals area of the airport. We will make sure to be there on time, with a sign with your name or the Excursion Colombia logo. From there, we will take you directly to the starting point of the tour.
