On arrival
The meeting Point is at the Landungsbrücken Bridge Nr. 5 (next to the Hard Rock Cafe). Please be aware that there are other tour operators in the area but only guides from Robin and the Tourguides can guarantee the top rated experience with the truly authentic and local experience of Robin and the Tourguides. Please be at least 10 minutes early at the meeting point.
You can reach the Landungsbrücken with the public transportation either with the U-3, S-1 or S-3 metro, "Landungsbrücken" station.

Things to note
Groups of 8 or more people will not be allowed on the public free tour even when booked with several bookings. Please book a private tour with us.
The tour is wheelchair accessible.
Intoxicated guests will not be permitted.
A fair amount of walking is involved.
We kindly ask to obstruct skin contact with the guide and other guests (for example shaking hands), we will offer you though a smile in return.
Guest with coughs, fever, respiratory problems, or other Coronavirus symptoms are not permitted on the tour.
Guests can be excluded for any of the above reasons.
Free Cancellation
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
