Overview

We will start a local market tour in the center. You will have to meet me at main gate of Ben Thanh market at 8:45 am. I will wear the chef uniform and wait you there. This is the big market in Ho Chi Minh.
Explores every corner of Saigon which is very mysterious. You will witness the morning of the local people through the meticulous my guidance.
I will guide in a personal manner through the secrets of selection, preparation and presentation of your perfectly authentic Vietnam cuisine. No MSG is used! I also can adapt menu for vegan or any special food requirement accordingly . Feel free leave me a note when you book.

Mon: clam soup, morning glory salad, bun cha Ha Noi
Tues: fried spring rolls, lotus stem salad, bo la lot
Wed: fresh spring rolls, glass noodle salad, Vietnamese pancake

Fri: net fried spring rolls, taro salad, chicken curry
