Overview of the tour in Istanbul
Welcome to our magical City: İstanbul!
Let us take you on an entertaining journey through the old city of İstanbul!
During this tour, we will share the secrets of the Eastern Roman Empire and The Ottomans!
Our journey starts at the German fountain and after visiting Hippodrome and Blue Mosque area, we will tell you the secrets of Hagia Sophia, ( we don’t go inside of Hagiasophia ) Our tour continues to the Grand Bazaar area! There we will visit a mosque and talk about what Modern İslam is like and how it is practiced in Turkey!
Our tour ends in the Beyazıt Square(Near Grand Bazaar) During our free tour, we will also teach you some basic Turkish words.
Please be aware that only official tour guides can provide guiding service in Turkey and our tour guides are all licensed, studied 4 years to be a guide and this is their full-time job and this is not a free tour like others that walk around main sites and based on selling any other products.
They will give lots of hints that you can save your time and money.
Our tour works with the ''pay what you like'' concept. The recommended amount to pay is 10 euros or 400 Turkish Liras.

On arrival
Pudding Shop Lale Restaurant, Divanyolu Caddesi No.6 34400, Sultanahmet, Istanbul. Our guides will be waiting with a yellow umbrella ( Happy Istanbul Tours sign on it )
For further explanation, perhaps use the Sultanahmet tram stop as a reference. The restaurant is located on the street where the tram lines run through Sultanahmet, an approximately 1-minute walk from the Sultanahmet tram stop.

Please wear comfortable shoes
During our tour, we have a visit to Hagia Sophia Mosque. Ladies, please bring some scarves to cover their heads! Headscarves are not available at the entrance of the Hagia Sophia! Thanks!
