Experience and try out how to make coconut milk, learn the coconut fiber rope-making skills, and the seaweed farming, whose many farms dot the coastline and employ over 15,000 locals, mainly women, with Zanzibar producing around 11,000 tons of global seaweed each year, a large amount of this coming from Jambiani village.
Visit a local healer and learn different hubs and roots medicine. The tour ends with the experience of the authentic taste of the local Zanzibar cuisine in the home of one of the locals.
