Bar & Club Hopping in Johannesburg
Overview of the tour in Johannesburg
Please note I am happy to use my car, as I will not be drinking any alcohol during the night out. You are welcome to use Ubers during the night, but it is always more convenient to have your own reliable transport at night.
18:00 - We meet at Rosebank Mall (The Zone) in Johannesburg, near Fournos
18:15 - We will start at 4th Avenue in Parkhurst, where we will walk the street at night and choose a bar with the best vibe (we will also use this time to understand the "mood" of the group, setting the pace for the next location)
20:00 - We will go to Braamfontein or Melville (both vibrant locations for young African people in the city, where we will have fun dancing at one of the clubs)
22:00 - We will go to Rosebank (Opera Bar Lounge or similar) or Illovo (if you want to see what a gay club in South Africa is like - you don't have to be gay).
00:00 - This will be open for you to decide what to do next - what's a night out without a bit of spontaneity, right?
