But we won’t stop at the well-known spots, our journey will take you off the beaten path, exploring hidden gems and untouched places in Kandy that few have the chance to see.

As night falls, dive into the local street food scene, sampling an array of flavors from bustling night markets. Our day concludes with a relaxed evening at a local bar, where you can unwind with a couple of beers, reflecting on the rich experiences of the day. This tour offers the perfect blend of culture, nature, and nightlife, giving you an authentic taste of Kandy from dawn to dusk.

Meeting Point & Timing: Be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time to make the most of your day. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early.

Things to note

What to Wear: Comfortable clothing and walking shoes are recommended for exploring the Botanical Gardens and the city. Please wear modest attire when visiting the Temple of the Tooth. Covering shoulders and knees is required.

What to Bring: Don’t forget your camera for those stunning shots at the gardens and the temple. A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are also useful, especially during the day. Bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.

Weather Considerations: Kandy can be warm during the day and cooler in the evening. It’s a good idea to carry a light jacket or shawl for the night tour. Also, an umbrella or raincoat might come in handy if it rains.

Local Etiquette: While visiting sacred sites like the Temple of the Tooth, be respectful, avoid loud conversations, and be mindful of local customs.
