Things to note
The trek to Ama Dablam Base Camp is challenging. So, we expect you to be an average fit. However, if you are not in good shape, you can still complete the trek, provided you prepare yourself physically a few weeks before the hike.
Adequate insurance covering treatment costs and helicopter evacuation up to the highest trek altitude is compulsory, as the trek region is remote and does not have health centers with adequate facilities.
As a responsible trek and tour company, we ensure our guides and porters during the treks.
