1.- Welcome & Introduction
Meet your host in a charming courtyard bakery
Learn about the history of Uzbek non and its cultural significance

2.- Dough Preparation & Shaping
Get hands-on with flour, water, and natural yeast. Learn the traditional kneading technique. Shape the dough using a special chekich (wooden stamp) to create beautiful patterns

3.- Baking in the Tandir Oven
Place your bread inside the roaring clay oven. Watch as it bakes to golden perfection in minutes.

4.- Tasting & Tea Time
Enjoy your freshly baked Khivan non with homemade jams, honey, and tea. Hear fascinating local stories from your host.

5.- Photo Session & Farewell
Take stunning pictures of the bread-making process and traditional oven. Receive a bread recipe to recreate at home.
