Overview of the tour in La Paz, Bolivia

With this amazing tour, you will see some parts of La Paz and some parts of El Alto. Both cities are connected by cable car.
The name of the tour is Extreme Cities, so please expect to hear some extreme stories as well.

Places to visit:

-Murillo Square: The main square of the city where many historical facts happened, some of them just too shocking to believe.

-San Pedro Prison: A very bizarre place just downtown, in front of a crowded square where everything has a price.

-Cable car (purple line): A great way to go throughout the city and commute, nice Austrian technology that brought progress to both cities.

-Local food market: The biggest fresh food market in El Alto, More than 40 blocks together, where indigenous ladies worked their way in the society, very strong ones!

-Real witches market: Imagine how superstitious we are that we have a whole street full of witches and doctors performing rituals for pacha mama, "Mother Earth."

-Back to La Paz by Cable Car (purple line): Here, you can tell that you've survived the most extreme city tour in the world. Congratulations, now you can spread the voice!

On arrival

The guide will be there at the door of La Merced church wearing a distinctive black Cat Hat.

Things to note

- Please bring 6 Bs. In small change for the tickets for the cable car.
- Due to altitude, bring a bottle of water and some candy to keep your Bodie boost.
- Bring a hat or a cap, the sun it's too dry up here, you will need it.
And finally bring your friends with you.
