Guided Tour to the Victoria Falls
Overview of the tour in Livingstone
We begin the tour by taking a walk in the eastern part of Victoria Falls as we walk on the Eastern Cataract viewpoint you get to appreciate the Zambezi River before it cascades down the Batoka Gorge. After that, we will go to the David Livingstone Statue where you can appreciate the length of Victoria Falls as well as learn more about the history of the Toka Leya tribe which is one of the tribes whose history and culture is intertwined with the Zambezi River and the Victoria Falls.
As we walk in the Victoria Falls Rainforest, we will get to also view the Victoria Falls Bridge which is one of the region's engineering marvels. From this viewpoint, we walk on the Knife Edge Bridge which connects the two islands.
We also get to see the Armchair Falls and hear the mighty Zambezi roar in the Batoka Gorge, feel the spray of the mist of the Zambezi River, and see rainbows under the Knife Edge Bride and in the Batoka Gorge.
Zambia side of the Victoria Falls gives you a more intimate view and experience of the Victoria Falls.
