Overview of the tour in London
Join us for this Free Walking Tour of London and Westminster, the royal and political heartland of London.
Start the tour in Parliament Square with the world-famous Big Ben and the historic Houses of Parliament at the Palace of Westminster. Your tour then continues to Westminster Abbey, the venue of royal weddings and coronations for over a thousand years, before heading to Downing Street, home of the British Prime Minister.
The tour then continues to Trafalgar Square, where you can admire the National Gallery and learn the story of Admiral Nelson and his towering column. As you walk down the Royal driveway of The Mall the tour guide will detail fascinating tales of Britain’s greatest royals, leading to St. James's Palace. Once home to King Henry VIII and where you may even witness part of the Changing of the Guard ceremony (depending on the ceremony schedule).
Your tour will also enjoy the beauty of St James’s Park, get up close to Clarence House, residence of King Charles III, and see the iconic Buckingham Palace, the royal headquarters for nearly 200 years.

This tour covers approximately 2-3 miles of walking. This tour is not suitable for those with wheelchairs, walking difficulties or large prams/buggys.
