Overview of the tour in London

The London City of Westminster Tour is a one-and-a-half-hour guided tour around the political capital of London. We begin at the Equestrian Statue of Charles I, then we walk along Whitehall, stopping by the Horseguards' Parade, Downing Street, the Ministry of Defence, and on to Parliament Square. We will then discuss some of the figures whose statues line the square and the building in front of which they stand, the majestic Palace of Westminster. From the Houses of Parliament, we will then walk towards St. James's Park where we will see the entrance to the Churchill War Rooms from where the British cabinet directed the British military during WWII. We will then walk meander our way through the park itself on our way towards our final destination, Buckingham Palace. We will, of course, endeavor to see Her Majesty, the Queen, as she goes about her business in her 'office', as she calls it, although we can't promise to see her in person. Nonetheless, this will be a really good tour.
