Overview of the tour in London
Learn about the inspiring figures and hidden stories that have contributed to the rich, diverse tapestry of London’s LGBTQA community. This tour takes you beyond the nightlife of Soho, offering a deep dive into the struggles, triumphs, and legacy of queer life in London.
Here is a preview of our itinerary:
We will start the tour in Russell Square Garden, in the iconic Bloomsbury area.
We will explore Bloomsbury Square and pass by the British Museum, uncovering its LGBTQA connections.
We will visit Bow Street Court, linked to Oscar Wilde’s trials.
We will stroll along the Strand, home to the historic Savoy Hotel and the Retro Bar.
We will pass through Villiers Street, learning about its hidden queer history.
We will arrive at Heaven Nightclub and the Oscar Wilde Memorial.
We will end our tour in Soho, London’s LGBTQA hub.
