Secret London Italian Free Walking Tour
Overview of the tour in London
The tour begins on the corner of Trafalgar Square, where you will be given a brief overview of what to expect, but of course, as the tour is secret, you won’t be told everything. I will take you on a journey through the back streets and alleys in an attempt to show you places that time has forgotten. At the start of the tour, visit a small old police station that Londoners pass by every day without realizing its historical importance.
The tour then continues through the streets associated with J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter. Along the way, you will be shown the discreet social club that has its roots in a more eccentric 18th-century London. The next part of the tour is very atmospheric, as you will feel like you have been transported back to the time of Charles Dickens, looking for old gas lamps, signs, and doorknockers nestled next to old pubs hidden away from the main thoroughfares.
And if that wasn't enough, you'd be told one of London's most extraordinary stories of superstition, and, finally, the group will go in search of one of the city's most mysterious works of art: the Duke of Wellington's nose.
This activity includes:
- Trafalgar Square
- Equestrian Statue of Charles I
