1-Madaba:
Located approximately 30 kilometers southwest of the Jordanian capital Amman, Madaba is the capital city of the Madaba Governorate. it's known as the "City of Mosaics" for its stunning Byzantine and Umayyad mosaic art. Mosaic Map at the Church of St. George.
2-St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church:
Built-in 1913, the church stands on a hill believed to be the location where St. John the Baptist was beheaded In 1967, the Vatican recognized it as a Shrine of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist, making it a significant pilgrimage destination for Christians While the church itself is relatively modern.
3-Mount Nebo:
Ascend the slopes of Mount Nebo, Moses's presumed final resting place. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking panorama, stretching from the Dead Sea to the Judean Hills and beyond. Imagine Moses gazing upon this very land, which he had promised to his people.
