The meeting point will be in front of the Museum's ticket office, at the agreed time. Tourists will receive their tickets in advance, which must be carried on their cell phones, to be scanned at the entrance, after the tour of the outside of the building.

Prado Museum Tour Booking Rules and Regulations
Full Payment and Ticket Policy: Full payment for the tour must be made at the time of booking. Please note that, once purchased, Prado Museum tickets cannot be canceled or refunded, as the Museum does not accept ticket refunds.
Ticket Purchase: The guide will be in charge of purchasing the tickets to the Prado Museum and will give them to the tourists at the beginning of the tour. It is not necessary for participants to purchase tickets on their own.
Group Size and Requirements:
The tour requires a minimum of 2 adults and a maximum of 6 adults.
Up to 3 children under the age of 18 are permitted. Minors do not pay admission to the museum or tour, but must be accompanied by a minimum of two adults.
If the tour is specifically designed for children, it is important to inform them at the time of booking in order to adapt the tour to their interests and make it more enjoyable and educational for them.
Pre-established Itinerary: The tour is designed to visit the most important works of the Prado Museum, including "El Jardín de las Delicias", "Las Meninas", "Los fusilamientos del 3 de mayo", and other outstanding pieces. At the end of the guided tour, tourists can stay in the museum to explore the rest of the rooms at their own pace, without the company of the guide.
Tour Schedule: The time of the visit to the Museum will be agreed upon by both parties, within the available schedule from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. It is crucial that tourists and the guide meet in front of the Museum's ticket booths at the agreed time, which will be 30 minutes before the time indicated on the entrance ticket, to begin the tour with an introduction to the exterior of the building and its history.
Adherence to Schedules: The Museo del Prado is strict with timetable compliance. In case the client does not show up at the agreed time and, as a consequence, the entrance is not allowed due to non-compliance with the reserved schedule, the money paid will not be refunded.
Tour language: The tour will be conducted exclusively in Spanish. Guide services in other languages are not offered.
Cancellation Policy: Due to Museo del Prado policies, no cancellations or refunds can be made once tickets have been purchased.
Punctuality: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid any inconvenience. The tour will start on time and there will be no waiting for latecomers.
Code of Conduct: During the tour, participants are expected to respect the Prado Museum's rules, including prohibitions on photography in certain areas, keeping a low tone of voice and not touching the works of art. Any behavior that disrupts the experience of other visitors may result in expulsion from the tour without refund.
Accessibility: If any participant has special accessibility needs, it is important to communicate this at the time of booking so that we can adapt the tour as necessary.
Weather Conditions: The tour takes place in all weather conditions. In case of rain or other inclement weather, participants are advised to bring appropriate clothing. The outdoor tour will be adjusted to weather conditions.
