Overview
In the middle of the 11th century, an Arab king built a castle worthy of defending one of its most important ports. The king wanted to have good views over the city and inhabited its beautiful palaces, which today hide the living history of our past, full of legends and magical events.

The entrance ticket to the Alcazaba is not included. They are only €3.5, which is paid at the box office at the time of entering the monument.
