Moroccan cuisine stands out as one of the finest globally, drawing influences from Arabic, Jewish, Berber, sub-Saharan, and Roman cultures due to its historical position as a crossroads between Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

The culinary landscape is enriched with the inclusion of spices that are integral to Moroccan dishes. Saffron, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, turmeric, ginger, cumin, pepper, paprika, sesame seeds, fennel, anise, oregano, cayenne pepper, and more are expertly utilized.

ITINERARY:
Commencing our tour, we explore the historic Medina of Marrakech on foot.
- Visit a traditional Ferran (Bakery).
- Explore a traditional Fernatshi (local food preparation area).
- Experience a Fondok (ancient hotel).
- Discover the local Sweka (traditional market).
- Immerse in the vibrant atmosphere of Spices Square (pausing at a cafe for a cup of herbal tea).
- Visit the olive and herbs square.

Concluding our journey, we arrive at the iconic Jamaa El Fna square, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
