Chicken & almond Pastilla, a celebratory savory pie
Local pastries like Briwate and Ghriyba from one of the oldest bakeries

-Traditional Harira soup with dates and Chebbakiya, a Ramadan staple
-Babbouche (Moroccan snails) in a fragrant herbal broth
-Authentic mint tea paired with Msemmen (Moroccan pancakes) with honey and cheese
-Fakya, a mix of dried fruits and nuts enjoyed during celebrations
